วัดถ้ำคูหาสวรรค์ ตั้งอยู่บนทางหลวงหมายเลข 2222 ก่อนถึงอำเภอโขงเจียมประมาณ 6 กม.ระยะทางนี้วัดเอาจากวัดถึงที่ว่าการอำเภอนะครับ แต่ถ้าจะบอกว่าห่างโขงเจียมแค่ไหน แค่วิ่งลงเขาไปก็ถึงโขงเจียมที่อยู่ด้าล่างแล้วล่ะครับ วัดถ้ำคูหาสวรรค์แห่งนี้สร้างขึ้นตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2521 โดย "หลวงปู่คำคนิง จุลมณี" ซึ่งใช้เป็นที่ปฏิบัติธรรมจำพรรษา ปัจจุบัน หลวงปู่คำคนิง จุลมณี ท่านได้มรณภาพแล้ว แต่ร่างกายของท่านไม่เน่าเปื่อย บรรดาลูกศิษย์ได้เก็บร่างของท่านไว้ในโลงแก้วเพื่อบูชา จึงมีคนเข้ามาเยี่ยมเยียนวัดนี้ไม่ขาดสายเลยล่ะครับ โลงแก้วจะตั้งอยู่ที่อาคารริมหน้าผาทางลงไปชมวิวแม่น้ำสองสี
