Our project work, we produced Liberal Arts Newsletter. I was a chair of this project. I was working as a director of this newsletter. Also, I was in charge of an editor. We divided the newsletter into columns. There are eight columns in this project. As a director, I assigned work to my colleagues. Seventeen people in our group, two people responded for each column. There are eight pairs and I. The co-workers searched and collected the information related with their column. Then they gave the information to me to check whether the information is suitable for the column assigned or not. About my co-workers, Supranee Jaipanti was a secretary. She did her job very good. Sometimes I thought that I should swop the position with her. She might run the project work for the group better than I did. Supranee was very quiet, but she was good at all work. However, she had never sat still in the meeting. She helped me with ideas by sharing her opinion in the meeting. Rungnapa was a very good helper. She always presented her idea in the meeting. Kornchawan was the one who was good at taking care of all colleagues. She always helped in the meeting, and made a little bit funny story when the members were serious.Sukanda was the first one who gave me the information of her column. She did it quickly and correctly. Chofar is Sukanda's buddy. They helped each other to do their job well.Krissana was very hard working person for her duty. Unfortunately, she gave me the wrong information for many times, but she usually tried to make the new one and submitted to me. Chanoknart was Krisana's buddy. She always gave the wrong information to Krisana. They always had arguments with each other, but at the end they could give me the right one. For Kanok-orn and Sansanee, they gave me the information quite late. I had to remind them many times, but the information was right. We had problem about scanning pictures. They did not appear when I opened on the computer. Chothip and Pornsawan were the couple that always asked me for advice. They had problem about using the Internet. I had to teach them how to search for information on the Internet.About the Horoscope column is the column that I was really like it because it was the only one column that I did not have to correct or gave it back to edit. Anongporn and Manisara wrote this column.For the last column was the Home Gossip. I disliked this column because it was hard for me to find the people to respond. They were too difficult to keep in touch with, and they always gave me the wrong information. I wanted the stories about gossiping, but they gave me another thing. Samart and Kanchit wrote this column. Samart was better than Kanchit because he tried to contact me. Not only we rarely see Kanchit, but Kanchit also slept while we were discussing about job. I edited the whole piece of work again and again. Then, my friends and I looked for the place to print out and publish our work. The cost was very high and unreasonable. Finally, we decided to do everything by ourselves. Later, we helped each other to find more information and pictures. We discussed about the lay out of newsletter, then print out. The members had to submit their work to me in form of diskettes. We share the budget for doing this project. It was saver than hiring the shop to do for us. In conclusion, I can say that I feel very good to work with all my colleagues. They gave me the experience about working in team. I think that I will apply the experiences I gained from doing this project work for my job in the future. SM/sj
