การถ่ายทำในสถานที่ (Studio)
มีข้อได้เปรียบคือสามารถควบคุมแสง เสียง และจัดตกแต่งฉากได้โดยไม่ต้องกังวลกับสภาพดินฟ้าอากาศ เช่น ลมพายุ ฝนตก อากาศร้อนหรือหนาว สามารถควบคุมได้ทั้งหมด ถ่ายทำได้รวดเร็ว เพราะมีกล้องมากกว่าหนึ่งกล้อง (ส่วนมากจะมีไม่ต่ำกว่าสามกล้อง) ทำให้ถ่ายทำได้อย่างต่อเนื่องจากหลายมุมมอง มีลำดับขั้นตอนการทำงานดังนี้
1)จัดทำฉาก ตกแต่งฉากตามที่ออกแบบไว้
2) จัดแสง ให้ได้บรรยากาศตามบทและสภาพของฉาก
3) ติดตั้งไมโครโฟน ตามจำนวนและจุดที่กำหนด
4) จัดวางตำแหน่งกล้อง ตามจุดที่กำหนด และทิศทางการเคลื่อนย้ายเปลี่ยนมุม และขนาดภาพ (ในห้อง Studio จะติดตั้งกล้องไว้ประมาณ 3 กล้องหรือมากกว่า)
