I am sending this correspondence to summarise what has happened:We have shipped the following 2 shipments as follows:Inv 209582 (Methode Inv. 174925) with 1152pcs (4boxes of 288pcs each) on the 20th March, 2015Inv 209614 (Methode Inv. 175323) with 864pcs (3boxes of 288pcs each) on the 27th March, 2015-06-24Both these shipments had the incorrect button assembled, not as needed by the customer. The following claims were then raised by AAT team:8D15018WS claimed that 2 boxes out of 3 had the wrong parts from Inv 209614.8D15019WS claimed that 3 boxes out of 4 had the wrong parts from Inv 2095828D15024WS claimed the remaing 1 box from Inv 209614 and 1 box from Inv 209582.As we have specified in our previous claims, we have agreed to scrap these parts at origin, since these parts are not needed by any other Ford plant.Thanks and Best Regards,
