การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะสภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนในศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาเวียงมะลิกา อำเภอแม่อาย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ประชากร ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 60 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน มีสรุปผลการวิจัย การอภิปรายผลและข้อเสนอแนะ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การบริหารสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนในศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาเวียงมะลิกา อำเภอแม่อาย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล อยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมา ด้านการบริหารวิชาการ อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการบริหารทั่วไป อยู่ในระดับมาก และ ด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ อยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับ ปัญหาการบริหารสถานศึกษา คือ จำนวนครูมีไม่เพียงพอขาดการวางแผนการนิเทศติดตามการวางแผนอัตรากำลังครูในเรื่องการสอน การบริหารของสถานศึกษาขาดการใช้กระบวนการการมีส่วนร่วมในการระดมทรัพยากร งบประมาณในการจัดการเรียนรู้ การบริหารงานด้านบุคลากรของสถานศึกษามีการนำข้อมูล การจัดทำข้อมูล ข้อมูลของข้าราชการ ทางการศึกษาของการนำทะเบียนประวัติมาใช้ในการวางแผนการจัดสรรบุคลากร และสถานศึกษาขาดการจัดระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศที่สามารถให้บริการได้เนื่องจากสถานศึกษาไม่มีแผนการจัดทำระบบข้อมูลของสถนศึกษาที่ให้บริการต่อสาธารณชนข้อเสนอแนะการบริหารสถานศึกษา คือ ควรจัดบุคลากรให้สอนตรงตามวิชา ควรจัดสรรงบประมาณภายในสถานศึกษาเป็นไปอย่างเหมาะสมตามมาตรฐานโครงสร้างสายงานและตามแผนงาน โครงการของสถานศึกษา ควรมอบหมายงานให้ตรงกับความรู้ความสามารถของบุคลากร และควรพัฒนาระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศขอสถานศึกษาสามารถใช้ในการบริหารจัดการได้สอดคล้องกับระบบฐานข้อมูลของเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาคำสำคัญ : การบริหารงานสถานศึกษา โรงเรียน ศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา
