i am very proud to have been working at ikea, i like every things in ikea ...

but one things that i think we should be review staff welfare or benefit for staff

because the labor salary in thailand is lower than some. country but we work in the same hours.

So we should have other benefit or more than now such as:

annual check-up:.i know that we have annual check up for staff every year but the package that we have is very low cost .... i think we should have more benefit than this package.

Health insurance: i know we have but if you check for the benefit .. i think it is very low when you compair with other company in thailand.

I'm look forward to the future that my voice will be make something. better, thank you :)
