การศึกษา โครงงานในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมความรู้ เสริมสร้างเงื่อนไขความรู้ โดยศึกษาตามขั้นตอนต่างๆ ตามเงื่อนไขของคุณธรรมในการดำเนินการ ผู้จัดทำต้องมีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริตในการค้าขาย ขยัน อดทน ตรงต่อเวลามีความสามัคคี โดยถือเป็นการเสริมสร้างรายได้ในการประกอบอาชีพ ซึ่งหลายประการที่ได้กล่าวมานั้นก็เป็นส่วนหนึ่งซึ่งประเด็นที่สำคัญก็คือ ในปัจจุบันนี้ สังคมไทยในทุกชุมชนพบว่า ประชากรมีปัญหาด้านเศรษฐกิจ เช่น รายได้น้อย รายจ่ายมาก การดำรงชีวิตใช้จ่ายฟุ่มเฟือย ปัญหาคนงานไม่มีงานทำ ปัญหารายได้น้อยสิ่งเหล่านี้จึงนำมาซึ่งการศึกษาโครงงานโครงงานโดยมีจุดมุ่งหมายใหญ่ๆ สองประการคือมุ่งศึกษาหาแนวทำงานให้เกิดผลสำเร็จที่มีประสิทธิภาพประสิทธิผล คณะทำงานจึงได้ศึกษา จัดทำโครงงานเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเรื่อง ไก่ทอด โดยลงมือปฏิบัติเป็นกลุ่มในพื้นที่จังหวัดปทุมธานีจัดการดำเนินการตามปฏิทินที่กลุ่มวางแผนไว้ เริ่มเตรียมวัสดุอุปกรณ์ ลงปฏิบัติงาน จนงานสำเร็จแล้วนำจำหน่ายและนำรายได้นั้นมาใช้ในการเรียนเป็นการแบ่งเบาภาระของผู้ปกครองได้บางเล็กน้อย การทำงานครั้งนี้พบปัญหาเช่น สมาชิกในกลุ่มไม่พร้อมเพรียงกัน ความรู้ในการปฏิบัติน้อยต้องค้นคว้าเพิ่มอีกการทำงานวางแผนไม่ดี การทำงานครั้งนี้ในกลุ่มได้ใช้หลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาประยุกต์ตลอดเวลาทำงานให้ได้สำเร็จลงได้
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าการทำไก่ทอดให้ประสบความสำเร็จได้ดีนั้นต้องใช้หลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง งานจึงจะสำเร็จได้ และพบว่า การหารายได้เสริมจากการทำไก่ทอดนี้สามารถสร้างรายได้ให้แก่ครอบครัวเป็นอย่างดี เป็นการแก้ปัญหาให้แก่ชุมชนได้ สามารถนำไปต่อยอดได้ในโอกาสต่อไป
