การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อออกแบบ พัฒนาและศึกษาประสิทธิภาพระบบการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาการคิดวิเคราะห์ และการคิดสังเคราะห์ ตามกระบวนการเรียนรู้ด้วยปัญญา สำหรับนักเรียนที่มีความสามารถทางการเรียนแตกต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครสวรรค์ จำนวน 34 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ระบบการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาการคิดวิเคราะห์ และการคิดสังเคราะห์ ตามกระบวนการเรียนรู้ด้วยปัญญา สำหรับนักเรียนที่มีความสามารถทางการเรียนแตกต่างกัน แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน แบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์และการคิดสังเคราะห์ และแบบประเมินตนเองของนักเรียนด้านความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการคิดวิเคราะห์และการคิดสังเคราะห์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน(S.D) ทดสอบค่าที(t-test ) และวิเคราะห์มูลเชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า ระบบการเรียนรู้ที่ผู้วิจัยออกแบบและพัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบด้วย ระบบเล็กจำนวน 6 หน่วย คือ หน่วย 1 อำนวยความสะดวกทั่วไป หน่วย 2 การวิเคราะห์และการเตรียมความพร้อมผู้เรียน หน่วย 3 การวิเคราะห์หลักสูตรและการจัดทำแผนการเรียนรู้ หน่วย 4 การจัดการเรียนรู้ หน่วย 5 การสอนเสริมและกิจกรรมเสริมเติมเต็ม และหน่วย 6 การวัดผลและประเมินผล และระบบมีประสิทธิภาพทำให้ผู้เรียนพัฒนาการด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ความสามารถด้านการคิดวิเคราะห์ การคิดสังเคราะห์ และความความคิดเห็นและความรู้สึกด้านการคิดวิเคราะห์และการคิดสังเคราะห์หลังเรียนโดยภาพรวมสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน
