บทคัดย่อ
โครงงาน เรื่อง สีสวยคงทนด้วยแก่นขนุน มีจุดมุ่งหมายในการทำโครงงาน เพื่อศึกษาชนิดของผ้า ชนิดของมอแดนท์และความเข้มข้นของมอแดนท์ ในการย้อมด้วยสีสกัดจากแก่นขนุน ตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาชนิดของผ้าขาวที่มีขายในท้องตลาด (อำเภอฝาง) นำมาย้อมด้วยสีสกัดจากแก่นขนุน พบว่า ผ้าฝ้ายย้อมติดสีได้ดีที่สุด จึงนำผ้าฝ้ายมาศึกษาหาชนิดของมอแดนท์ในตอนที่ 2 ตอนที่ 2 ศึกษาชนิดของมอแดนท์ ซึ่งมอแดนท์เป็นสารที่ช่วยในการติดสีของผ้าในการย้อมด้วยสีสกัดจากแก่นขนุนที่มีความคงทนต่อการซัก และมีความคงทนต่อแสง พบว่า ความเข้มของสีผ้าฝ้าย ที่ย้อมด้วยสีสกัดจากแก่นขนุน โดยใช้มอแดนท์ที่ทำให้ผ้าฝ้ายติดสี โดยเรียงตามลำดับ ได้แก่ คอปเปอร์ซัลเฟต (CuSO4), สนิมเหล็ก (Fe2C35H2O), เกลือแกง (NaCl), โซเดียมคาร์บอเนต (Na2CO3), โซเดียมไฮดรอกไซด์ (NaOH) และ โพแทสเซียมโฮดรอกไซด์ (KOH) มอแดนท์ที่มีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุดในการติดสีของผ้าฝ้ายที่ย้อมด้วยสีสกัดจากแก่นขนุน คือ คอปเปอร์ซัลเฟต (CuSO4) และจึงนำ คอปเปอร์ซัลเฟต (CuSO4) มาศึกษาหาความเข้มข้นของมอแดนท์ในตอนที่ 3 ตอนที่ 3 ศึกษาหาความเข้มข้นของ คอปเปอร์ซัลเฟต (CuSO4) ซึ่งคอปเปอร์ซัลเฟต (CuSO4)เป็นสารที่เหมาะสมกับการย้อมสีผ้าฝ้ายด้วยสีสกัดจากแก่นขนุน พบว่า ความเข้มข้นที่เหมาะสมทำให้ผ้าฝ้ายที่ย้อมด้วยสีสกัดจากแก่นขนุนติดสีได้ดีที่สุด ได้แก่ ร้อยละ20, ร้อยละ25, ร้อยละ10, ร้อยละ15, และร้อยละ5 จากการศึกษา พบว่า ผ้าที่ติดสีย้อมสีสกัดจากแก่นขนุน คือ ผ้าฝ้าย มอแดนท์ที่ช่วยให้ผ้าฝ้ายติดสีได้ดีที่สุด คือ คอปเปอร์ซัลเฟต (CuSO4) และมีความเข้มข้นร้อยละ20
