นับแต่วันทำสัญญาและผู้จะขายตกลงยินยอมให้บุคคลหรือนิติบุคคลที่ตัวแทนมอบหมายให้กระทำการแทนเพื่อจัดหาผู้ซื้อทรัพย์สินดังกล่าวโดยยินยอมให้ทำการโฆษณาในสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์เผยแพร่ข่าวสารทำการตลาดติดป้ายหรือขายตรงและอื่นๆตามความเหมาะสมโดยที่ตัวแทนเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายดังกล่าวข้างต้น
