Thus the P80 is in negative side. We have same amount of people compare to last year but our order and sales is reduce. The contract base reduces heavily from last year, very little spin off, few orders for IE, etc. Now it is a time to think seriously about cost reduction in our organization. "Do it before the management orders to do".So please- Look around at your department/team what we can save- Inform your team what we can save and take actions- Push to your technicians and sales to get more orders- Make no rework, no quality issue, no repeated cost- Do WIP management, AR collection- Save telephone cost. Wikana might need to review to reflect the actual use or get good package. We might need to change service provider, from AIS to True, if we can get better package.- Save gasoline cost. Good control and monitoring is needed for service cars.- Extend 1-2 years contract of service cars if possible, depending on the condition and price.- Save Electricity.- Save Consumables, ie, cotton gloves, cotton sheet, stationery, etc, use them wisely.- Check non active/productive staff or technicians. If you see non active/productive persons in your team please let me know.- Negotiate price heavily with contractor to get better price.- Sell more CMII if possible. I inform all of you this time because I don't want to see the repeated history. Please give idea and take actions accordingly
