เนื่องด้วยกระผมนายกิตติศักดิ์ ทิพยาเรืองนนท์ ตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการแผนกต้อนรับ มีความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่จะต้องลาออกแบบฉุกเฉิน และต้องเดินทางกลับกรุงเทพฯ เนื่องด้วยเหตุผลส่วนตัวบางประการ ประกอบกับเมื่อผมได้พิจารณาผลการปฎิบัติงาน ณ สถานที่แห่งนี้เป็นระยะเวลา 1 เดือนที่ผ่านมา ทำให้ผมมองเห็นถึงปัญหาต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้นมากมายในหลายๆด้าน ผมก็รู้สึกภูมิใจที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกให้มารับหน้าที่ตรงจุดนี้ ซึ่งอาจมองเห็นว่าผมสามารถที่จะเป็นผู้นำที่ดีได้ และสามารถที่จะนำพาทีมงานให้ประสบความสำเร็จไปพร้อมๆกันได้ จากประสบการณ์ต่างๆที่ผ่านมา

ในการลาออกของผมนี้ ผมจะไม่ขอรับค่าจ้างจากการทำงานในช่วงที่ผ่านมาแต่อย่างใด เพราะถือว่าผมได้กระทำผิดกฏระเบียบว่าด้วยเรื่องการลาออกอย่างถูกต้อง โดยมิได้แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า สำหรับทรัพย์สินของทางโรงแรมที่ผมได้รับ ผมได้นำส่งให้กับทางน้องแป้ง(ผู้ประสานงานโรงแรม)ไว้แล้ว เนื่องจากคุณจ๋า(เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายทรัพยากรมนุษย์อาวุโส)อยู่ในช่วงลาพัก
