การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อการพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ โดยใช้การเรียนการสอนแบบโมเดลซิปปา เรื่อง บรรยากาศ เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนเกิดการเรียนรู้ได้ดีมากยิ่งขึ้นดำเนินการโดยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง แบบกลุ่มเดี่ยว(One Group Design) ในการจัดการเรียนรู้กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนวังโป่งดำรงวิทย์ ตำบลผักขวง อำเภอทองแสนขัน จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วยแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 4 แผน ,แบบทดสอบความรู้ ,แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติงาน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบ่งเป็น 2 ด้าน คือ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ เป็นการใช้สถิติในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ,ร้อยละ ,ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ,ค่า t-test และ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ,แบบสัมภาษณ์
