- If a woman seriously injured the other. Shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding seven years. Or a fine not exceeding four thousand Baht. Or both
- or if the cause of death. Shall be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years. And a fine not exceeding two thousand baht.

- if a woman injured badly with other things. Shall be punished with imprisonment of not more than seven years. Or a fine of not more than one thousand four thousand baht, or both!- or if causing death. Shall be punished with imprisonment of not more than ten years. And a fine of not more than two thousand
