Please update me on the progress for samples of quick cook I had requested.

I have been doing some detailed assessments of Urmatt's direction and potential.

Here are some things for you to think about :
- the organic rice business will get more competitive and margins will decrease
- the organic rice market size is GROWING at the same time as prices decrease
- this means we should increase volumes and diversify our rice varieties

- I expect a growing demand for :
- red and black rice
- parboiled rice

- in order to grow, Urmatt must
- diversify into other crops (chia, sacha inchi and others we are testing)
- do value added activities ( quick cook, noodles, flour, stabilized rice bran, soluble rice bran etc.)

- this means we have to focus on these activities; going slow provides a risk for the company
- most of our value added products do not require much investment and we should move fast

One of the greatest potential areas is rice protein. I understand that GERMINATED rice protein has higher protein extraction percentage. Chai, please germinate some rice for :
- 24 hours
- 48 hours
and dry immediately and then send for protein content lab test.

Bioaxiom is probably closing down. This means Urmatt can enter this business.
