บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนดำรงราษฎร์สงเคราะห์ จังหวัดเชียงราย
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนดำรงราษฎร์-สงเคราะห์ จังหวัดเชียงราย ที่กำลังศึกษาในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 222 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พฤติกรรมการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนดำรงราษฎร์สงเคราะห์ จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า (1) ด้านข้อมูลทั่วไป พบว่า นักเรียนส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีเกรดเฉลี่ยในภาคเรียนที่ผ่านมา อยู่ในระดับ 3.01-4.00 มีคอมพิวเตอร์ใช้งานที่บ้าน มีการใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตผ่านโทรศัพท์มือถือ มีความรู้ความสามารถในการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต และจะใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตตามลำพัง (2) ด้านพฤติกรรมการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต พบว่า นักเรียนร้อยละ 95 มีความคิดเห็นว่า อินเทอร์เน็ตมีความจำเป็น โดยมีระยะเวลารวมที่ใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตในแต่ละวัน เป็นเวลา 3 – 4 ชั่วโมง และมีประสบการณ์การใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตมาแล้ว มากกว่า 4 ปี ช่วงเวลาที่ใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต คือหลังเลิกเรียน ในวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ หรือ วันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ โดยใช้งานที่บ้าน ซึ่งมีค่าใช้จ่ายในการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตโดยประมาณ 601-900 บาท วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อความบันเทิง เช่น ดูหนัง ฟังเพลง เล่นเกมออนไลน์ เว็บไซต์ที่เข้าสืบค้น คือ เว็บไซต์ความรู้และการศึกษา คุณภาพของการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตปกติ ประโยชน์ที่ได้ คือ ความเพลิดเพลิน และหลังจากใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตแล้วมีการนำความรู้ที่ได้มาใช้ประโยชน์ในชีวิตประจำวัน ส่วนปัญหาที่พบ ได้แก่ ความล่าช้าของการรับ-ส่งข้อมูลของอินเทอร์เน็ต (3) ด้านวัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต โดยภาพรวมผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีพฤติกรรมการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับปานกลางทั้ง 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการศึกษาและค้นคว้าข้อมูล นักเรียนใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อทำรายงานส่งอาจารย์โดยใช้ข้อมูลที่สืบค้นได้จากอินเทอร์เน็ต ด้านความบันเทิงและติดตามข่าวสารในชีวิตประจำวัน นักเรียนใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อดูหนัง ฟังเพลงทางอินเทอร์เน็ต และด้านการติดต่อสื่อสารและสร้างเครือข่ายออนไลน์ นักเรียนใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อใช้เว็บไซต์ต่างๆ ในการติดต่อกับผู้อื่น เช่น Facebook, Twitter ฯลฯ
