ข้าพเจ้านายชัยวัฒน์ ควรประกอบกิจ อายุ 19 ปี ปัจจุบันศึกษาคณะวิทยาการจัดการ สาขานิเทศศาสตร์ เอกวิทยุกระจายเสียงและวิทยุโทรทัศน์ ชั้นปีที่ 2 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏธนบุรี เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม 2.92 มีความสามารถในการตัดต่อวิดีสื่อ และสื่อการเรียนรู้ต่างๆ ในช่วงมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ได้รับการเลือกตั้งให้เป็นประธานนักเรียน ข้าพเจ้ามีความภาคภูมิใจเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้รับการเลือกตั้ง และได้ดำเนินกิจกรรมต่างๆทั้งภายในและภายนอกสถานศึกษา จนได้รับเกียรติบัตรประธานนักเรียนดีเด่น ได้เข้าร่วมการอบรมโครงการส่งเสริมและเผยแพร่ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการเมืองการปกครองในระบอบประชาธิปไตยในระบบรัฐสภา อันมีพระมหากษัตริย์ทรงเป็นประมุข ยุวชนประชาธิปไตย เครือข่ายแห่งรัฐสภา , ค่ายเยาวชนสมานฉันท์ กรมกิจการพลเรือนทหารเรือ,แกนนำดีเด่นส่งเสริมมาตรฐานระบบการต้านยาเสพติด (QAD) สภากาชาดไทย , แกนนำเครือข่ายนักเรียนไทย กลุ่มรักนวลสงวนตัว ข้าพเจ้าขอจบการนำเสนอเพียงเท่านี้ ขอบคุณครับ
