4) ผู้จะซื้อยอมให้ผู้จะขายริบเงินมัดจำที่ชำระแล้วได้ทั้งหมด เฉพาะในกรณีที่ผู้จะ
ซื้อตั้งใจไม่ซื้อห้องชุดและไม่ทำการจดทะเบียนโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ภายในวันที่
กำหนด ยกเว้นกรณีที่เกิดขึ้นโดยความไม่ตั้งใจ อันเนื่องมาจากความล่าช้าของ
กระบวนการ ผู้จะซื้อสามารถตกลงกับผู้จะขายสำหรับการเลื่อนวันในการจด
ทะเบียนโอนกรรมสิทธิ์
5) ผู้จะขายยอมคืนเงินมัดจำที่ชำระแล้วทั้งหมดพร้อมทั้งค่าปรับเท่าๆกับเงินมัดจำ
เฉพาะในกรณีที่ผู้จะขายตั้งใจไม่ขายห้องชุดและไม่ทำการจดทะเบียนโอน
กรรมสิทธิ์ภายในวันทีกำหนด ยกเว้นกรณีที่เกิดขึ้นโดยความไม่ตั้งใจ อัน
เนื่องมาจากความล่าช้าของกระบวนการ ผู้จะขายสามารถตกลงกับผู้จะซื้อ
สำหรับการเลื่อนวันในการจดทะเบียนโอนกรรมสิทธิ์
6) ผู้จะขายเห็นด้วยหากผู้จะซื้อต้องการเปลี่ยนชื่อคนรับโอนกรรมสิทธิ์เป็นในนาม
