Experienced project has presented to the pharmacist in Pharmacy Department, and is a comment from a pharmacist to improve according to the proposed guidelines. สรุปแนวทางในการแก้ไขปรับปรุงและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบการให้บริการเภสัชกรรมผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลเอกชนแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก มีดังนี้ 1. การลดจำนวนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับจุดบันทึกรายการใบสั่งยา 2. การลดจุดการตรวจนับยา โดยการระบุหน้าที่อย่างชัดเจน 3. การโยกย้ายเภสัชกรไปทำหน้าที่แทนในจุดบันทึกรายการใบสั่งยา 4. การรวมจุดการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของยาจากเดิม 2 จุดให้เหลือ 1 จุด 5.การจำลองสถานการณ์แบบใหม่ในโปรแกรม Arena โดยการจำลองสถานการณ์ก่อนการปรับปรุง จะได้ค่าเฉลี่ยเวลาการให้บริการอยู่ที่ 19.20 นาที และค่าเฉลี่ยเวลาการให้บริการหลังการปรับปรุง จะได้ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 15.64 นาที ลดลงจากเดิม 3.56 นาที คิดเป็นร้อยละ 18.54 ซึ่งในแนวทางที่ 5 สามารถลดระยะเวลาการให้บริการในขั้นตอนการรอรับยาลดลงเกินร้อยละ 5 และทำให้เวลาในการรอคอยการรับบริการของผู้ป่วยน้อยลง
