ในวันที่ทำบันทึกนี้ คู่สัญญาทั้งสามฝ่ายตกลงให้ความยินยอมร่วมกันในการให้ผู้จะซื้อร่วม เข้ามาผูกพันในฐานะ“ผู้จะซื้อ” ตามสัญญา โดยให้แก้ไขข้อความในสัญญา เป็นดังนี้ผู้จะขายขอสงวนสิทธิ์ยกข้อต่อสู้ทุกประการที่มีอยู่ต่อผู้จะซื้อก่อนการโอนสิทธิตามสัญญา ขึ้นว่ากล่าวต่อผู้จะซื้อร่วมเสมือนผู้จะซื้อร่วมเป็นผู้จะซื้อโดยต่อเนื่องตั้งแต่ก่อนรับซึ่งสิทธิและหน้าที่ตามสัญญาในวันที่ทำบันทึกนี้ ผู้จะซื้อร่วมตกลงสละสิทธิ หน้าที่และหนี้ทั้งปวงที่ผู้จะซื้อร่วมมีอยู่ต่อผู้จะขายและยินยอมให้ผู้จะซื้อร่วมอีกฝ่ายหนึ่ง เป็น “ผู้จะซื้อ”ตามสัญญาจะซื้อจะขายห้องชุดดังกล่าว แต่เพียงผู้เดียวและตกลงที่จะไม่เรียกร้องซึ่งสิทธิใดๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสัญญาจะซื้อจะขายห้องชุดอีกต่อไปโดยให้แก้ไขข้อความในสัญญา เป็นดังนี้
