บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้ประกอบการผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจ SME ในจังหวัดปทุมธานี กรณีผลกระทบของอัตราค่าแรงขั้นต่ำ 300 บาท 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับผลกระทบของอัตราค่าแรงขั้นต่ำ 300 จำแนกตามประเภทและขนาด ของธุรกิจ SME เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 100 ตัวอย่าง
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจ SMEs สวนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุตั้งแต่ 40 ปีขึ้นไป มีรายได้น้อยกว่า 100,000 บาท ทำธุรกิจขนาดเล็ก ส่วนใหญ่เป็นธุรกิจประเภทการผลิตสินค้า และผลกระทบส่วนมากที่ผู้ประกอบการได้รับมี ดังนี้ ต้นทุนและค่าใช้จ่ายสูงขึ้น ค่าแรงปรับสูงขึ้น ยอดการสั่งสินค้าลดลง พนักงานทำงานไม่คุ้มกับค่าแรงที่ได้รับ
ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า รายได้ และจำนวนพนักงานในสถานประกอบการทั้งหมดที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อผลกระทบจากการปรับขึ้นอัตราค่าแรงขั้นต่ำ 300 บาท ในข้อประสบปัญหาภาวะการขาดทุน และมีการซื้อเครื่องจักรเพิ่ม เพื่อมาทดแทนแรงงานคนแตกต่างกัน ส่วนประเภทของธุรกิจ ที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อผลกระทบจากการปรับขึ้นอัตราค่าแรงขั้นต่ำ 300 บาท ในข้อค่าเช่าเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ในการผลิตเพิ่มสูงขึ้น แตกต่างกัน
