วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจค่านิยมในการรับประทานอาหารกลางวันของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ ๑ และ เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการทางโภชนาการด้านอาหารที่ร่างกายของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ ๑ ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอน ดังนี้
๑. ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง
๒. การเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างและแผนการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่าง
๓. เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย
๔. การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล

ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง/กลุ่มเป้าหมาย
ประชากรคือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนอนุกูลนารี จำนวน ๖๗๔ คน
กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เพื่อการทดลองใช้ คือ นักเรียนระดับชั้น มัธยมศึกษาปีที่ ๑ โรงเรียนอนุกูลนารี อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ จำนวน ๒๘๔ คน
