1) please update company code t089 at your side by adding in the word "jingan" into the system. its name should be "sanya anantara consulting co limited shanghai jingan branch"

2) t089 has name change, thus its bank account name change has to pass to people bank of china for approval,.per bank advice the name change approval process should complete after national holiday (around 11 oct). we have not operated t089 yet in september month end closing as expenses were all paid by the mother company t086 and marketing service / application supply service revenue were received by t086 as well.
In october, t089 should start to carry transactions.

.3) for newly established sanya anantara consulting co limited shanghai huangpu branch (raffles city call center / marketing & support office), we have to ask corporate to create a new company code for it. we have to separate it out from t089 because it belonged to different district tax office. i know it takes long time to create in oracle.is it ok for us to create a company code ourselves with george / your approval if we will not affect any consolidation at your side.
