This intersection is located in front of Shibuya Station, separating it from the main shopping areas of Shibuya. When the lights change from green to red, all of the traffic stops, and pedestrians fill the pedestrian walkways that cross the intersection at every angle.

Adding to the atmosphere are the bright neon lights and huge televisions screens blasting out light and sound. This location defines modern Japan's city life.
