การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับแรงจูงในการออกกำลังกายโดยวิธีรำวงย้อนยุค ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพะเยา กลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้ที่ออกกำลังกายโดยการรำวงย้อนยุคในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพะเยา จำนวน 108 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามแรงจูงใจในการออกกำลังกายด้วยวิธีรำวงย้อนยุค อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพะเยา มี 3 ด้าน คือ แรงจูงใจด้านร่างกาย แรงจูงใจด้านจิตใจ และแรงจูงใจด้านสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหา ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับแรงจูงใจในการออกกำลังกายด้วยวิธีรำวงย้อนยุคใน เขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพะเยา ด้าน แรงจูงใจทางด้านร่างกาย มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.14 แรงจูงใจทางด้านจิตใจมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.14 แรงจูงใจทางด้านสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อมมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.11 และแรงจูงใจในการออกกำลังกายโดยรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.13
