lo, i'm looking to rent out the spare room in my house. i currently live there on my own, but i'm very friendly and easy to get along with and am looking for someone similar in nature.

the house is nice and spacious and is located in a nice quiet area. it has a front and back garden and plenty of on street parking.it's about a 10 minute slow walk to the bus stop / shops and there's a train station a similar distance away.

all bills are included, but any use of the landline must be paid for.
