Very sorry for delivery delay.
We have already investigated about delivery delay found that:
The Root Cause.
Our operation was founding the last shpt. so take long time because of TG staff was keyed in wrong location.
Anyway, our operation wasn’t inform CS about finding delay, therefore the driver wasn’t departed from Airport
Because of he waited the last one.
The Corrective Action.
When the operation find the problem or can’t clearance cargo have to inform CS then we will inform to customer further.
The Preventive Action.
The operation have to feed back to CS every time when find the problem or can’t clearance cargo for CS will inform to customer.
