• validate the pre-sale report and study customer environment to prepare the right configuration. .
• perform user acceptance test for solution driver and sign off.
• join customer review with sales team periodically.
.• provide charged based application development service to customer.
• maintain a comprehensive knowledge of production color, product black & white, workflow and solutions.
• update the knowledge sharing database among team.
• perform pre-sales tasks or trainer takes when need.
• report all activities and take command. from direct boss.
