เนื่องจากผู้บริหารได้มองเห็นถึงความสำคัญเกี่ยวกับ การมองภาพรวมใน supplychain ในการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับซัพพลายเชนเบื้องต้น เพื่อให้ทุกคนมองเห็นภาพเดียวกัน มีการทำงานเเบบองค์รวม ไม่ได้มองผลประโยชน์ในเเผนกตัวเองเท่านั้น หน้าที่ของฉันคือการหาซัพพลายเออร์ที่มีอยู่ในตลาดของประเทศไทย ซึ่งยังไม่เป็นที่นิยมมากนัก ซึ่งตัวเลือกทั้งหมดที่หน้าสนใจได้เเนบมากับไฟล์ด้านล่าง หนึ่งในตัวเลือกที่น่าสนใจจากรายการก็คือ GMI ที่เป็น Supplier ที่ค่อนข้างตอบโจทย์ของเราในหลายๆรายการ เเละตรงตามมาตรฐานที่เราได้กำหนดไว้ ซึ่งมีทางเลือกมากมายสำหรับ supplier เจ้านี้ โดยเราจะคุยถึงรายละเอียดที่ลึกๆอีกครั้งในที่ประชุม
