บทคัดย่อ
รายงานวิจัย เรื่อง ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนโรงเรียนเลิงนกทาที่มีต่อคณะกรรมการนักเรียนภาคเรียนที่ 1 ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการศึกษา เพราะเห็นถึงความสำคัญของผู้ซึ่งนำในปัจจุบันทำให้เราเห็นว่าที่มาของผู้นำนั้นมีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งเพราะต้องขึ้นอยู่กับประชนชนเป็นผู้ตัดสินใจ และผู้นำจะเป็นความหวังของประชาชนในทุกๆเรื่องและทุกๆด้านผู้วิจัยจึงได้นำประเด็นนี้มาศึกษาในโรงเรียนเลิงนกทาเพื่อต้องการที่จะรู้ว่านักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นอย่างไรบ้างกับคณะกรรมการนักเรียนคณะนี้ ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้จัดทำแบบสอบถามประเมินความพึงพอใจ และเลือกกลุ่มนักเรียนคือนักเรียนโรงเรียนเลิงนกทาทุกระดับชั้น มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อที่จะศึกษาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนโรงเรียนเลิงนกทา มีความคิดเห็นอย่างไรต่อการทำงานทั้งด้านกิจกรรม ด้านพัฒนางาน และด้านบุคลิกภาพ ของคณะกรรมการสภานักเรียนโรงเรียนเลิงนกทา เพื่อที่จะนำข้อมูลสารสนเทศมาพัฒนาโรงเรียน
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้จัดทำแบบสอบถามแล้วไปปรึกษาผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ตรวจสอบคามถูกต้อง เมื่อแก้ไขเสร็จสิ้นได้นำไปถ่ายเอกสาร 200 แผ่น เป็นนักเรียนโรงเรียนโรงเรียนเลิกทาภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 โรงเรียนเลิงนกทา อำเภอเลิงนกทา จังหวัดยโสธร เพื่อแจกนักเรียนทุกระดับชั้น ชั้น ม.1 จำนวน 26 คน ม.2 จำนวน 48 คน ม.3 จำนวน 25 คน ม.4 จำนวน 28 คน ม.5 จำนวน 53 คน ม.6 จำนวน 20 คน มีนักเรียนทั้งหมด 2,857 คน งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพที่ยึดถือกระบวนทัศน์การตีความเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการดำเนินการวิจัย ได้แก่ ตารางสำเร็จรูปของทาโรยามาเน่ ( Yamane, 1973 อ้างในธีรวุฒิเอกะกุล, 2543 ) เป็นตารางที่ใช้หาขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างเพื่อหาค่าสัดส่วนของประชากรโดยคาดว่าสัส่วนของลักษณะที่สนใจในประกรเท่ากับ 0.5 และระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% และโปแกรม spss v.22
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าจากแบบสอบถามทั้งหมด 200 ชุด ด้านที่ 1 ในด้านบุคลิกภาพ ข้อที่ 1.3 มากที่สุดคือ มีศักยภาพและทักษะในการพูดในที่สาธารณะสามารถโน้มน้าวใจผู้ฟัง และนักเรียนที่พึงพอใจ ด้านที่ 2 ในด้านการดำเนินงาน ข้อที่ 2.1 น้อยที่สุดคือ คือ มีการวางแผนดำเนินงานอย่างเป็นระบบ
