การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคาดหวังของประชาชนในการให้บริการของสำนักงานที่ดินจังหวัดปทุมธานี ได้แก่ ความคาดหวังของประชาชนในการให้บริการของสำนักงานที่ดินจังหวัดปทุมธานี ด้านคุณภาพของเจ้าหน้าที่ ด้านการให้บริการ ด้านสถานที่ โดยจำแนกตามสถานภาพส่วนบุคคล เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ ประชาชนที่มาติดต่อขอรับบริการของสำนักงานที่ดินจังหวัดปทุมธานี และสำนักงานที่ดินจังหวัดสาขา กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ตอบแบบสอบถาม 200 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางคอมพิวเตอร์ หาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย () และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ( S.D.)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สถานภาพส่วนบุคคล
การศึกษาเรื่องความคาดหวังของประชาชนในการให้บริการของสำนักงานที่ดินจังหวัดปทุมธานี มีประชาชนผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามทั้งหมด 200 คน ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงจำนวน 162 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 81.00 และเพศชาย จำนวน 38 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 19.00 มีอายุระหว่าง 21 – 40 ปี จำนวน 85 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 42.5 รองลงมาคืออายุ 41- 60 ปี จำนวน 66 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 33.0 อายุ 18 - 20 ปี จำนวน 41 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 20.5 และอายุมากกว่า 60 จำนวน 8 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 0.5 ตามลำดับ มีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี จำนวน 67 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 33.5 รองลงมาคืออนุปริญญา/ปวส. จำนวน 53 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 26.5 มัธยมปลาย/ปวช. จำนวน 44 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 22.0 สูงกว่าปริญญาตรี จำนวน 22 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 11.0 และมัธยมต้น จำนวน 14 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 7.0 ตามลำดับ มีอาชีพธุรกิจส่วนตัว จำนวน 59 คน คิดเป็น ร้อยละ 29.5 รองลงมาคืออาชีพพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน จำนวน 52 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 26.0 อาชีพรับราชการ จำนวน 42 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 21.0 อาชีพนักศึกษา จำนวน 38 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 19.0 และอาชีพอื่น ๆ จำนวน 9 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 4.5 ตามลำดับ มีรายได้ 10,000 – 20,000 บาท จำนวน 89 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 44.5 รองลงมาคือรายได้ 30,000 – 40,000 บาท จำนวน 35 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 17.5 รายได้ 0 – 10,000 บาท จำนวน 33 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 16.5 รายได้ 20,000 – 30,000 บาท จำนวน 23 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 11.5 รายได้ 40,001 – 50,000 บาท จำนวน 13 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 6.5 และรายได้มากกว่า 50,000 บาท ขึ้นไป จำนวน 7 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 3.5 ตามลำดับ

2. ความคาดหวังของประชาชนในการให้บริการของสำนักงานที่ดินจังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยภาพรวมพบว่าความคาดหวัง อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ความคาดหวังของประชาชนในการให้บริการของสำนักงานที่ดินจังหวัดปทุมธานี ด้านคุณภาพของเจ้าหน้าที่ ด้านการให้บริการ ด้านสถานที่ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ตามลำดับ
