ข้อ 10. การเช่าช่วง
ผู้ให้เช่ายินยอมให้ผู้เช่านำที่ดินหรืออาคาร สิ่งปลูกสร้างที่ผู้เช่าปลูกสร้างลงในดินนำออกให้เช่าช่วงได้แต่เฉพาะบริษัทในกลุ่มและ/หรือในเครือของผู้เช่าภายในระยะเวลาการเช่าที่กำหนดไว้ในสัญญานี้เท่านั้น แต่ต้องได้รับความยินยอมเป็นหนังสือจากผู้ให้เช่าเสียก่อน
