อนึ่ง เจ้าของโรงเรือนผู้ใดได้รับแจ้งการประเมินแล้วไม่พอใจในการประเมินของพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่มีสิทธิอุทธรณ์ต่อผ้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยยื่นอุทธรณ์ต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ตามแบบ ภ.ร.ด. 9 ภายใน 15 วัน นับแต่วันที่ได้รับแจ้งการประเมินตามนัยมาตรา 25,26 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติภาษีโรงเรือนและที่ดิน พ.ศ. 2475
