14. สัญญาฉบับนี้มีผลบังคับใช้ในราชอ

14. สัญญาฉบับนี้มีผลบังคับใช้ในราชอาณาจักรไทยเท่านั้น และทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงร่วมกันที่จะปกปิดรักษาข้อมูลทั้งหมด
ที่ระบุแสดงไว้ในสัญญาซื้อขายฉบับนี้ และ/หรือเอกสารแนบท้ายสัญญาซื้อขายทุกฉบับ และ/หรือเอกสารสำคัญต่างๆ
ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกรรมซื้อขายนี้ทั้งหมด เก็บเป็นความลับอย่างถึงที่สุด โดยจะใช้เฉพาะสำหรับผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทาง
ตรงเท่านั้น โดยห้ามเผยแพร่กับสาธารณะชน และ/หรือกับผู้ใดที่ไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทางตรง หรือแม้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง
หรือทีมงานเดียวกัน แต่ไม่มีส่วนร่วม และความจำเป็นใดๆ ที่จะต้องรับรู้ ทั้งโดยทางวาจา ทางเอกสาร สิ่งพิมพ์
สื่อโซเซียลมิเดียทุกชนิด และจะต้องปฏิบัติตามสัญญาฉบับนี้อย่างเคร่งครัดโดยไม่มีข้อแม้ใดๆทั้งสิ้น


สัญญาฉบับนี้ได้ทำขึ้นเป็น 2 (สอง) ฉบับ มีข้อความถูกต้องตรงกัน คู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายได้อ่านและทำความเข้าใจข้อความของสัญญานี้ดีโดยตลอดแล้ว เห็นว่าตรงตามเจตนาแห่งตน จึงได้ลงลายมือชื่อไว้เป็นสำคัญต่อหน้าพยาน และต่างฝ่ายต่างเก็บไว้เป็นหลักฐาน ถือว่ามีผลบังคับใช้ทันที
