สวัสดีทุกๆคนและอาจารย์ ฉันชื่อ เฌนิศา เจริญวสุธร ในระหว่างมีนาคมถึงพฤษภาคมได้มีโอกาศฝึกงานที่บริษัท RSM ซึ่งอยู่ที่อาคารสาธรซิตี้ทาวเวอร์ พี่ที่ทำงานให้การต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดี งานที่ทำเป็นการตรวจสอบบัญชี ฉันได้รู้จักเพื่อนใหม่ และฉันได้รับประสบการณ์มากมายจากการได้ฝึกงานที่นั่
บริษัท RSM เป็นบริษัทที่ทำงานเกี่ยวกับ อาทิเช่น Accounting Audit and Assurance Business Advisory and Legal Corporate Advisory Taxation etc. โดยการได้ไปทำงานในครั้งนี้มีเพื่อนที่ทำงานด้วยกันอยู่ 6 คนซึ่งเป็นเพื่อนที่เรียนที่เดียวกันทั้งหมดบางคนก็สนิทบางคนก็ไม่สนิทแต่พอได้ทำงานด้วยกันตลอดเวลาเกือบ 3 เดือนแล้วฉันได้รู้จักทุกคนมากขึ้นและสนิทกับทุกๆคนมากขึ้นกว่าเดิม ในการฝึกงานในช่วงแรกๆ งานยังไม่เยอะเท่าไหร่เพราะเป็นช่วงเรียนรู้การทำงานและปรับตัว งานส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของตัวเลขในงบการเงินที่ได้จัดพิมพ์ออกมาแล้ว การตรวจสอบบัญชีย้อนกลับ ไปเช็คสต็อคของนอกสถานที่ สรุปรายงานการประชุม .... โดยในทุกๆครั้งในการทำงานจะมีพี่คอยดูแลและคอยสอนงานให้ อย่างเช่นการตรวจสอบรายการลูกหนี้หรือรายการซื้อสินค้า เป็นการตรวจว่ารายการลูกหนี้หรือการซื้อสินค้ารายการที่ว่านี้มีอยู่จริง มีใบเสร็จ ใบสั่งซื้อ มีหลักฐานของรายการนั้้นจริงๆหรือไม่ การไปนับสต็อคสินค้านั้นได้ไปนับนอกสถานที่ คือไปนับสต็อคของนาฬิกา ... ซึ่งการนับจะเป็นการสุ่มนับรายการที่เป็นสาระสำคัญ หรือมีจำนวนมูลค่ามากๆ ถ้าหากรายการไหนที่ถูกส่งไปซ่อมหรือมีปัญหาต้องมีเอกสารมายืนยันว่าได้ถูกส่งไปซ่อมจริง เป็นต้น
ในการฝึกงานในครั้งนี้ฉันมีความสุขมากและได้รับประสบการณ์มากมายกว่าในห้องเรียน ซึ่งฉันถือว่าเป็นประสบการณ์ที่มีค่าและจะเก็บเป็นความทรงจำ เก็บเป็นบทเรียนและจะนำไปปรับปรุงตัวเองในการทำงานจริงในอนาคต และฉันต้องขอขอบคุณบริษัท RSM พี่ที่ทำงาน เพื่อนๆ และขอบคุณโอกาศอันดีนี้ที่ทำให้ได้รับประสบการณ์ที่มีค่าเช่นนี้
