พี่เชื่อว่าห้องทำงานของพี่ น่าจะเป็นหนึ่งในห้องทำงานที่เล็กที่สุด ที่จะต้องใช้ชีวิตในนั้นตลอดเวลาการทำงาน เรียกได้ว่าทุกๆเหตุการณ์และอารมณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น จะอยู่ภายในห้องทำงานนี้ทั้งหมด ซึ่งจะประกอบไปด้วยที่นั่งนักบินซ้ายและขวา และมีที่นั่งสำรองอีกสองที่ด้านหลัง ส่วนด้านหน้าของเครื่องบินจะมีหน้าปัดหรือ Monitor และปุ่มควบคุมต่างๆของเครื่องบิน ปุ่มบังคับอัตโนมัติต่างๆจะอยู่ด้านหน้าทั้งหมดรวมถึงระบบต่างๆของเครื่องบินอีกด้วย

เนื่องจากเราผ่านการฝึกมาอย่างดี ในเรื่องของระบบควบคุมการบินต่างๆ และเรื่องการมีสติในการทำงานจึงไม่ตื่นเต้นหรือกดดัน แต่เราต้องเตรียมตัวให้พร้อมรับมือกับปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าที่เราไม่รู้ว่ามันจะเกิดอะไรขึ้นบ้าง เราจะมีระบบรุ่นพี่รุ่นน้องและการเคารพกันค่อนข้างมาก เพราะมีการเรียนและทดสอบทางด้านการบินมาด้วยกัน และต้องมีการเวียนทำงานกับนักบินหลายๆคน แล้วแต่ว่าเรามีคิวที่ต้องทำงานคู่กับใคร จึงต้องเป็นคนที่ทำงานร่วมกับทุกคนได้
