หากปรากฏว่าผู้ว่าจ้างไม่ชำระเงินค่า

หากปรากฏว่าผู้ว่าจ้างไม่ชำระเงินค่าจ้างตามสัญญานี้ในงวดใดงวดหนึ่ง ผู้รับจ้างมีสิทธิระงับการก่อสร้างได้ชั่วคราวก่อน จนกว่าผู้ว่าจ้างจะได้ชำระเงินค่าจ้างแล้ว โดยผู้ว่าจ้างไม่มีสิทธิอ้างการระงับการก่อสร้างดังกล่าวหรือเหตุใดๆมาเป็นเหตุแห่งการไม่จ่ายเงินค่าจ้าง และผู้ว่าจ้างยินยอมให้ขยายระยะเวลาก่อสร้างตามสัญญานี้ออกไปเท่ากับเวลาที่ระงับการก่อสร้างข้างต้น
