SAP จะคิดค่าปรับเป็นจำนวนเงินขั้นต่ำ 10 เท่า ของราคาตามที่ระบุไว้ใน invoice

If the outer Channel or the XXX Sales Territory defined in this agreement. SAP will pay a minimum 10 times the amount stated in the invoice price.

If XXX Channel or sell products outside the Territory, as defined in the agreement,
SAP. Will charge a minimum of 10 times the price stated in the invoice.

SAP will charge a minimum amount 10 times of prices as specified in the Invoice
