ข้อ 6. บรรดาสิ่งก่อสร้างหรือซ่อมแซมลงในบริเวณบ้านเช่านี้ เมื่อผู้เช่าออกจากบ้านเช่า ห้าม มิให้รื้อถอนหรือทำลายเป็นอันขาด และสิ่งก่อสร้างซ่อมแซมดังกล่าวแล้วนั้นต้องตกเป็นของผู้ให้เช่าทั้งสิ้นโดยผู้เช่าจะเรียกค่าเสียหายใดๆ ไม่ได้เลย ถ้าเกิดอัคคีภัยขึ้น สัญญานี้เป็นอันระงับสิ้นสุดลง
ข้อ 7. ผู้เช่ารับว่าจะไม่ให้ผู้อื่นเช่าช่วงต่อไปอีกทอดหนึ่ง เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้ให้เช่าเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร และจะไม่ยอมให้ผู้หนึ่งผู้ใดอยู่อาศัยดำเนินกิจการค้าขายหรือรับใช้ในหน้าที่ใดๆ ภายในสถานที่เช่านี้ เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้ให้เช่าเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร และผู้เช่ายอมให้ผู้ให้เช่าหรือตัวแทนของให้ผู้เช่าเข้าตรวจดูบ้านเช่าได้เสมอ ถ้าผู้เช่าออกไปจากบ้านไม่ว่ากรณีใดผู้เช่าจะเรียกค่าเสียหายหรือค่าขนย้ายจากผู้ให้เช่าไม่ได้
ข้อ 8. ผู้เช่าต้องจัดการในบริเวณบ้านเช่าอย่าให้มีสิ่งโสโครกและมีกลิ่นเหม็น และไม่กระทำการอึกทึกจนคนอื่นได้รับความรำคาญปราศจากความปกติสุข และไม่เก็บรักษาสิ่งที่เป็นเชื้อเพลิงและไม่กระทำสิ่งใดๆ ที่น่าหวาดเสียวหน้าจะเป็นอันตรายแก่ผู้อยู่ใกล้เคียง
ข้อ 9. ถ้าผู้เช่าจะประกันเพลิงไหม้สำหรับทรัพย์สมบัติหรือสินค้าของตนภายในบริเวณบ้านเช่าต้องได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้ให้เช่าเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรก่อนจึงจะประกันเพลิงไหม้ได้
ข้อ 10. ถ้าผู้เช่าจะประพฤติผิดล่วงละเมิดสัญญาแม้แต่ข้อหนึ่งข้อใด หรือกระทำผิดวัตถุประสงค์ข้อหนึ่งข้อใด ยอมให้ผู้ให้เช่าทรงไว้ซึ่งสิทธิที่จะเข้ายึดครอบครองสถานที่และสิ่งที่เช่าได้โดยพลันและมีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญาทันที
ข้อ 11. เมื่อครบกำหนดสัญญาเช่าก็ดี หรือผู้เช่าผิดสัญญาเช่าก็ดี ผู้เช่ายอมให้ถือว่าผู้เช่ายอมออกจากที่เช่า
ข้อ 12. ถ้าผู้ให้เช่าตกลงขายทรัพย์สินที่เช่าให้แก่ผู้ใดก่อนครบกำหนดการเช่าตามสัญญานี้ ผู้ให้เช่าจะแจ้งให้ผู้เช่าทราบล่วงหน้าเพื่อผู้เช่าเตรียมตัวออกจากทรัพย์สินที่เช่าเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่าสองเดือน และผู้ให้เช่าจะต้องแจ้งให้ผู้เช่าทราบด้วยว่าจะตกลงขายแก่ผู้ใดเป็นเงินเท่าใดเพื่อผู้เช่าจะได้มีโอกาสตกลงซื้อได้ก่อนในเมื่อเห็นว่าสมควร
