การทำวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสร้างชุดฝึกอบรมพนักงาน เรื่องการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องพิมพ์ เพื่อหาคุณภาพบทเรียน ประสิทธิภาพบทเรียน ประสิทธิผลทางการเรียนรู้ ความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียน ที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรมพนักงานเรื่องการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องพิมพ์ ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น และผลการวิจัยพบว่าประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับร้อยละ 84.66/82.50 ซึ่งมีประสิทธิภาพสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดคือ 80/80 และมีประสิทธิผลทางการเรียนพิจารณาจากประสิทธิภาพก่อนกระบวนการ(Epre) ได้ 21.83 และประสิทธิภาพหลังกระบวนการ (Epost) ได้ 82.50 ซึ่งมีความแตกต่างกัน 60.67 เป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ คือ ได้ผลตามเกณฑ์มากกว่า60 และความพึงพอใจของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีต่อ ชุดฝึกอบรม มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.00 อยู่ในระดับความพึงพอใจมาก ค่าความคงทนความรู้ของผู้เรียนเท่ากับ 81.33 ดังนั้น สรุปได้ว่า ชุดฝึกอบรมที่สร้างขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพทำให้ผู้เรียนมีประสิทธิผลทางการเรียนสูงขึ้น 60.67 คะแนน สามารถนำไปใช้ สามารถนำไปใช้ในการฝึกอบรม เพิ่มพูนความรู้ เพิ่มศักยภาพ ให้แก่ช่างพิมพ์ได้
