ขั้นตอนการขออนุญาตเข้าตกแต่งสำนักงานอาคารภิรัชทาวเวอร์แอทเอ็มควอเทียร์

1. ผู้เช่าส่งจดหมายแจ้งการเข้าดำเนินการตกแต่ง (ชื่อบจ. ผู้รับเหมา, วันและเวลาในการตกแต่ง)
2. ผู้รับเหมาส่งแบบการตกแต่ง (Drawing) ขนาด A3 จำนวน 2 ชุด มายังฝ่ายบริหารอาคารเพื่อตรวจสอบก่อนเข้าตกแต่ง
3. ผู้เช่าหรือผู้รับเหมาติดต่อบริษัทประกัน เพื่อทำประกันคุ้มครองบุคคลที่สามและประกันภัยการก่อสร้าง
โดยกรมธรรม์ประกันภัยต้องสามารถขอรับเงินประกันตลอดระยะเวลาของกรมธรรม์หรือตลอดช่วงงานตกแต่งสำนักงาน ขึ้นอยู่กับระยะเวลาใดสิ้นสุดช้ากว่า ทั้งนี้กรมธรรม์การตกแต่งต้องให้ความคุ้มครองอย่างน้อยที่สุดตามจำนวนเงินขั้นต่ำดังที่ผู้ให้เช่าระบุ ซึ่งจำนวนเงินจะขึ้นอยู่กับขนาดพื้นที่เช่าของผู้เช่าดังนี้

b. หนังสือมอบอำนาจและยินยอมชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย (กรอกข้อมูลพร้อมประทับตราบริษัท ส่งให้ฝ่ายอาคาร)
c. แบบสอบถามข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการตกแต่งพื้นที่ (กรอกข้อมูลพร้อมประทับตราบริษัท ส่งให้ฝ่ายอาคาร)
5.1 ทางฝ่ายอาคารใคร่ขอให้ทาง The Hachijuni Bank กรอกรายละเอียดในแบบฟอร์ม – Tenant Information Form แล้วส่งemail กลับมาด้วยค่ะ

6. ผู้รับเหมาสามารถเข้าทำงานตกแต่งพื้นที่ ในวันจันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 8.00 น.-17.00 น. หากเกินเวลาต้องชำระค่าธรรมเนียมการทำงานตกแต่งนอกเวลา ดังนี้
-หลังเวลา 17.00 น.-22.00 น. (ยังไม่รวม Vat 7%)

7. เมื่อตกแต่งแล้วเสร็จ ผู้เช่าต้องส่งแบบ As-built ขนาด A3 จำนวน 2 ชุดให้ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ หลังจากแผนกวิศวกรรมของอาคารฯเข้าตรวจสอบพื้นที่และพบว่าการตกแต่งตรงตามแบบและไม่ก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายกับอาคารที่ต้องแก้ไข ผู้ให้เช่าจะคืนเงินประกันตกแต่งทั้งหมด โดยผู้เช่าต้องทำจดหมายขอคืนเงินประกันส่งมายังฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ ภายใน 1 เดือนหลังเสร็จสิ้นงานตกแต่ง
