ตามหนังสือที่อ้างถึง ได้ขออนุญาตซื้อสุราสามทับ ( แอลกอฮอล์ 95 ดีกรี ) ประจำปี 2559 โดยวิธีลดหย่อนภาษี จำนวน 408,000 ลิตรจากองค์การสุรา กรมสรรพสามิต เพื่อนำไปใช้ในกระบวนการผลิต การล้าง และแยกโปรตีนในกระดูกไก่ เพื่อผลิตสาร Chondroitin Sulfate ส่งออกต่างประเทศ ไปใช้ในการผลิตอาหารเสริมทั่วไป จึงขอให้กรมสรรพสามิต อนุญาตให้ซื้อสุราสามทับ ( แอลกอฮอล์ 95 ดีกรี ) โดยวิธีลดหย่อนภาษีนั้น
กรมสรรพสามิต พิจารณาแล้ว อนุญาตให้บริษัทซีโนสยามไบโอเทคนิค จำกัด ซื้อสุราสามทับ ( แอลกอฮอล์ 95 ดีกรี ) ประจำปี 2559 โดยวิธีลดหย่อนภาษี จำนวน 408,000 ลิตรจากองค์การสุรา กรมสรรพสามิต เพื่อนำไปใช้ในกระบวนการผลิตดังกล่าวข้างต้น เพื่อส่งออกต่างประเทศได้ ตามที่ร้องขอ ทั้งนี้ ขอให้บริษัทปฏิบัติตามประกาศ กรมสรรพสามิต เรื่องกำหนดวิธีการลดหย่อนภาษีสุราสามทับ ที่นำไปใช้ในอุตสาหกรรม ลงวันที่ 14 ตุลาคม 2556 โดยเคร่งครัด
