"ผู้ใดดูหมิ่นผู้อื่นซึ่งหน้า หรือด้วยการโฆษณา ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือนหรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
