บทคัดย่อ
ปริญญานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการคลินิกทันตกรรม โดยใช้เทคโนโลยี ASP.NET (C#) เป็นภาษาหลักที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบ และใช้ Microsoft SQL Server เป็นฐานข้อมูลเข้ามาช่วยในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลต่างๆ โดยระบบนี้จะมีฟังก์ชันหลักของการทำงาน คือ 1) การนัดหมาย 2)ตรวจสอบการนัดหมาย 3)การออกใบนัดหมาย 4)แจ้งการรักษาผ่านระบบ ซึ่งระบบจะช่วยแก้ปัญหาต่างๆ ได้ เช่น ลดค่าใช้จ่าย ลดเอกสาร ช่วยลดความซ้ำซ้อนของการทำงานแบบเดิม อีกทั้งช่วยลดความผิดพลาดที่เกิดขึ้นจากการคำนวณ โดยใช้คนหรือบุคคลากร ซึ่งระบบนี้จะช่วยให้ผู้ใช้จะได้รับความสะดวก ถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว และมีประสิทธิภาพมากกว่ากระบวนการที่ใช้อยู่ในปัจจุบันอีกด้วย
