โครงงานภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นชุมชน การทอเสื่อกก ในตำบลนาแก จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประวัติความเป็นมาของการทอเสื่อกก เพื่อให้รู้จักขั้นตอนวิธีการทอเสื่อกก เพื่อสืบทอดและดำรงรักษาภูมิปัญญาการทอเสื่อกกให้คงอยู่ตลอดไป และเพื่อเผยแพร่ภูมิปัญญาการทอเสื่อกกให้แพร่หลาย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ชาวบ้านนาซำจวง หมู่ที่ ๘ ตำบลนาแก อำเภอนาวัง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์
