สมาคมประชาชาติแห่งเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ (อังกฤษ: Association of South East Asian Nations) หรือ อาเซียน (ASEAN) เป็นองค์การทางภูมิรัฐศาสตร์และเศรษฐกิจในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ มีประเทศสมาชิกทั้งหมด 10 ประเทศ ได้แก่ กัมพูชา ไทย บรูไน พม่า ฟิลิปปินส์ มาเลเซียลาว เวียดนาม สิงคโปร์ และอินโดนีเซีย อาเซียนมีพื้นที่ราว 4,435,670 ตารางกิโลเมตร มีประชากรราว 590 ล้านคน ในปี พ.ศ. 2553 จีดีพีของประเทศสมาชิกรวมกันคิดเป็นมูลค่าราว 1.8 ล้านล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐ คิดเป็นลำดับที่ 9 ของโลกเรียงตามจีดีพี อาเซียนมีภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาทางการ
อาเซียนมีจุดเริ่มต้นจากสมาคมอาสา ซึ่งก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อเดือนกรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2504 โดยไทย มาเลเซีย และฟิลิปปินส์ ต่อมาในปี พ.ศ. 2510 ได้มีการลงนามใน ปฏิญญากรุงเทพ อาเซียนได้ถือกำเนิดขึ้นโดยมีรัฐสมาชิกเริ่มต้น 5 ประเทศ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อความร่วมมือในการเพิ่มอัตราการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจ การพัฒนาสังคม วัฒนธรรมในกลุ่มประเทศสมาชิก และการธำรงรักษาสันติภาพและความมั่นคงในภูมิภาค และเปิดโอกาสให้คลายข้อพิพาทระหว่างประเทศสมาชิกอย่างสันติ หลังจาก พ.ศ. 2527 เป็นต้นมา อาเซียนมีรัฐสมาชิกเพิ่มขึ้นจนมี 10 ประเทศในปัจจุบัน กฎบัตรอาเซียนได้มีการลงนามเมื่อเดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2551 ซึ่งทำให้อาเซียนมีสถานะคล้ายกับสหภาพยุโรปมากยิ่งขึ้น เขตการค้าเสรีอาเซียนได้เริ่มประกาศใช้ตั้งแต่ต้นปี พ.ศ. 2553 และกำลังก้าวสู่ความเป็นประชาคมอาเซียน ซึ่งจะประกอบด้วยสามด้าน คือ ประชาคมอาเซียนด้านการเมืองและความมั่นคง ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน และประชาคมสังคมและวัฒนธรรมอาเซียน ในปี พ.ศ. 2558
