การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้บริการห้องสมุดอิเล็กทรอนิกส์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงครามโดยยกลุ่มเป้าหมายในการสำรวจคือนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงครามจำนวน500คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตราฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่านักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้บริการห้องสมุดอิเล็กทรอนิกส์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงครามภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากโดยมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุดคือสามารถค้นคว้าข้อมูลได้ครบถ้วนส่วนรายการอื่นๆอยู่ในระดับมาก
