56.พระราชดำรัส ของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว..
"วิถีชีวิตมนุษย์นั้น จะให้มีแต่ความปรกติสุขอย่างเดียวไม่ได้ จะต้องมีทุกข์ มีภัยมีอุปสรรค ผ่านเข้ามาด้วยเสมอ ยากจะหลีกเลี่ยงพ้น ข้อสำคัญอยู่ที่ ทุกๆคนจะต้องเตรียมกายเตรียมใจ และเตรียมการไว้ให้พร้อมทุกเวลา เพื่อเผชิญและแก้ไขความไม่ปรกติเดือดร้อน(ทั้ง)นั้นด้วยความไม่ประมาท ด้วยเหตุผล ด้วยหลักวิชา และด้วยสามัคคีธรรม จึงจะผ่อนหนักให้เป็นเบาและกลับร้ายให้กลายเป็นดีได้"
