ปริญญานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดทำระบบการจองและเช่ารถผ่าน Android Application กรณีศึกษาอ่าวนางอีโคอินน์ คาร์เรนท์ ให้มีความสะดวกในการจองและเช่ารถโดยผ่านระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต ในรูปแบบเว็บไซต์และ Android Application และเพื่อเพิ่มช่องทางในการจองและเช่ารถให้แก่ผู้ใช้บริการได้ง่ายขึ้น ประกอบด้วย 7 ขั้นตอน คือ ศึกษาการและรวบรวมเนื้อหาที่จำเป็น จัดทำโปรแกรมและส่วนต่างๆของโปรแกรม*ทดสอบโปรแกรม แก้ไขจากการทดสอบโปรแกรม จัดทำคู่มือการใช้งาน รายงานผลการดำเนินงาน จัดทำเอกสาร โดยนำเอาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศทางคอมพิวเตอร์เข้ามาช่วยในการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลซึ่งมีการใช้ภาษาสคริปต์ PHP และใช้ระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล SQL
