CHATREE BLOW (THAILAND) CO.,LTD
เนื่องจากใน ปัจจุบัน เรามีการซื้อขาย ผลิตภัณฑ์ ระหว่าง บริษัท ARMENTON (THAILAND) CO.,LTD
กับ บริษัท CHATREE BLOW (THAILAND) CO.,LTD รวมทั้งหมด 2 Part No. ดังนี้
1.MAG 631428 / BALANCE WEIGTH RH = 25.00 บาท บวกราคาเครื่องตัด 0.50 บาท รวมราคาขาย 25.50 บาท
2.MAG 631429 / BALANCE WEIGHT LH = 25.00 บาท บวกราคาเครื่องตัด 0.50 บาท รวมราคาขาย 25.50 บาท
และเมื่อวันที่ 22 มิถุนายน 2559 ทางลูกค้า ARMENTON(THAILAND)CO.,LTD ได้มีการขอต่อรองราคาลดลงดังนี้
ครั้งที่ 1. ภายในวันที่ 1 Jul’2016 ลดราคา 2.00 บาท คงเหลือ ราคา 23.50 บาท
ครั้งที่ 2. ภายในวันที่ 1 Jan’2017 ลดราคา 2.00 บาท คงเหลือ ราคา 21.50 บาท
ครั้งที่ 3. ภายในวันที่ 1 Jul’2017 ลดราคา 2.00 บาท คงเหลือ ราคา 19.50 บาท
โดยมีนัดหมายให้ทางบริษัท CHATREE BLOW (THAILAND) CO.,LTD เข้าให้คำตอบในวันที่ 12 Jul’2016 โดยมีการต่อรอง นำเสนอ ราคาที่ CBT สามารถทำได้ดังนี้
ครั้งที่ 1. ภายในวันที่ 1 Jan’2017 ลดราคา 1.25 บาท คงเหลือ ราคา 24.25 บาท
ครั้งที่ 2. ภายในวันที่ 1 Jan’2018 ลดราคา 1.25 บาท คงเหลือ ราคา 23.00 บาท
ครั้งที่ 3. ภายในวันที่ 1 Jan’2019 ลดราคา 1.25 บาท คงเหลือ ราคา 22.00 บาท
และได้มีข้อสรุป ตกลงราคาใหม่ เมื่อวันที่ 22 Jul’2016 บริษัท ARMENTON (THAILAND) CO.,LTD ขอลดราคา ดังนี้
จากราคาเดิมที่ 25.50 บาท ลดลง 1.50 บาท โดยราคาหลังจากลดจะอยู่ที่ 24.00 บาทถ้วน
และข้อตกลงนี้ จะเริ่มใช้ตั้งแต่ วันที่ 1 Jan’2017 เป็นต้นไป โดยในการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคาซื้อขาย ต้องทำการซื้อขายอย่างน้อย
1 ปี ส่วนการลดราคา ในตรั้งต่อไป จะทำการพิจารณาอีกครั้ง โดยขึ้นอยู่กับแผนเรียกงาน (Order) ลูกค้า และความเหมาะสมของ ราคาต้นทุน
ดังนั้นเพื่อเป็นข้อตกลงที่ ชัดเจนร่วมกัน บริษัท ชาตรี โบลว์ (ประเทศไทย)จำกัด จึงได้จัดทำหนังสือนี้ขึ้นมาเพื่อให้มีใว้
เป็น ลายลักษณ์อักษร รับทราบร่วมกัน
